To protect your privacy, account deletion requests for omenRPG are handled only by email. Review the official process below, then send your request from the same email address used to register your account.

Once we receive and verify your request, a 14-day consideration period begins. During this time your account remains available and you may still access the game normally.
To cancel during the 14-day period, send another email from your registered address with the subject line “Cancel Data Deletion Request.” We will confirm receipt of your cancellation.
If no cancellation request is received after 14 days, your account and related game data will be permanently deleted. Final processing time may vary based on our operational schedule, and we may send a confirmation when deletion is complete.
