Delete your omenRPG account

To protect your privacy, account deletion requests for omenRPG are handled only by email. Review the official process below, then send your request from the same email address used to register your account.

Send an email request

Send an email from the same email address used to register your omenRPG account to hello@omenrpg.com. Include your Character Name, In-game ID, Server Name, and the highest-level character if you have multiple characters.

Wait through the confirmation period

Once we receive and verify your request, a 14-day consideration period begins. During this time your account remains available and you may still access the game normally.

Cancel if you change your mind

To cancel during the 14-day period, send another email from your registered address with the subject line “Cancel Data Deletion Request.” We will confirm receipt of your cancellation.

Final deletion

If no cancellation request is received after 14 days, your account and related game data will be permanently deleted. Final processing time may vary based on our operational schedule, and we may send a confirmation when deletion is complete.

Important notes

  • Data deletion is permanent and irreversible.
  • Deleted game progress, purchases, and account information cannot be restored.
  • We only accept deletion requests from the registered email address, and additional verification may be required.
  • All communication about account deletion is handled confidentially.
  • You may create a new account later, but previous data will not be recovered.
